Do I use my WSU Tech credentials to log in?
No, you will need to create an account.

Why do I need a password and login to order items?
Creating a personalized username and password allows us to track your orders and include information such as your delivery location and track past purchases to help make ordering your item(s) easier.

What methods of payment do you accept for my order?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Can I pay for apparel with Financial Aid?
No, apparel can only be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

I am ordering scrubs, can I add any other items and pay with Financial Aid?
No, Financial Aid can only be charged to scrubs, if you try to add other items with your scrubs, these items will be removed during processing.

Can I try items on?
No, we do not have an inventory of items to try on. All items are custom ordered.

How do I return or exchange items?
There are NO returns or exchanges.

Why am I having problems with my shopping cart?

If I am an employee, can I charge items to my department account?
No, however, Midwest Single Source can facilitate departmental and internal orders by contacting Kate Osborne-Crafton at kate@midwestsinglesource.com or 316-293-1156.

Employee orders:

South Campus mailroom- 3821 E. Harry St.
City Center Campus mailroom- 301 S. Grove St.

Do you mail out to third parties?
