Do I use my WSU Tech credentials to log in?
No, you will need to create an account. This is separate from the log in for the WSU Tech apparel website.
Why do I need a password and login to order items?
Creating a personalized username and password allows us to track your orders and include information such as your delivery location and track past purchases to help make ordering your item(s) easier.
What methods of payment do you accept for my order?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Financial Aid (if all requirements have been completed).
Can I try scrubs on?
No, we do not have an inventory of items to try on. All items are custom ordered. If you are unsure of what size to order, please check the size chart here.
How do I return or exchange items?
There are NO returns or exchanges.
How many laptops can I purchase with Financial Aid?
Financial Aid policy only allows the purchase of one laptop per two years.
